Hours: I work with mid- to senior-level professionals on career management and development. As a coach, I act as a thought partner for my clients, helping them make sense of the problem on the table, clear away the noise, and make strategic decisions about how to move forward. My coaching practice focuses on two areas: 1. Career transition: Typical clients are well-established in their careers, but want to do something else. We work on a strategic plan to identify new opportunities and define the tangible steps to get there. 2. Career management. Typical clients enjoy their field of work, but are struggling with the challenges of the 21st century workplace. We identify the issue and develop a specific plan of action for change.
