Completed the Foundations 1. Chris is an amazing instructor. I really enjoyed the focus on the mental part of swimming.The CON is the bathroom is built in outdoors shed with no sink to wash your hands. They just have hand sanitizer. This is gross & should be fixed.Overall great school to become a swimmer & love the water.

I was not able to swim despite trying for 30 years. And in one long weekend I was able to go 10+ laps after being trained by Sterling. Have already advocated to friends/family!

I highly recommend this class to anyone who is afraid of water. While the prices are on the higher end, it was a valuable learning experience.
At Orca Swim School, we focus on adult swimmers who may have experienced a problem while in the water or for adults who are missing vital pieces of the learning process. Our curriculum and lessons emphasize the learning process itself and do not just concentrate on swimming techniques.
Our lessons focus on showing students how to remain calm, cool, and collected by implementing the Foundations of Change system of the 5 circles into the learning process. Our system uses the nuts and bolts of mindfulness to address the root of the problem and will transform the way you feel and think about water for the rest of your life.
We provide both in-person group swim lessons, in-person private swim lessons, and online swim lessons.
