“Stopped by Sherwin-Williams to find some paint for touch-ups on the white walls in my house. The staff were friendly and helpful in trying to match the color. Unfortunately, the shade I got wasn’t quite right, and since it was a custom mix, I wasn’t able to return it. However, the team gave me a helpful tip to buy samples first next time before committing to a larger bucket. Overall, a good experience and great customer service—I’ll definitely keep that advice in mind for the future.”

“Super tight to get into with 53ft trailer. Would advise backing into the dock closest to the entrance. No O.N.P unless you wanna risk parking on the street. Folks are super nice though and will unload quickly. Just hope no LTL pull up before they start unloading. They will ask can it go ahead of you....”

I tried another shop first and had a terrible experience. I stopped by Rhodda and talked with Cat about matching a stain on my 1920s door so I could stain two new doors, and refinish my other old ones.
What a gold mine Cat is! She matched the color on my old door with Daily’s stain - nothing compares!
Cat will be the only person I trust with color matching from now on!”

“Remarkable responsive service. I am so impressed by the helpfulness, team work and morale at Mallory Paints/Benjamin Moore at the 80th and Aurora store. They found the formula for paint color from the year 2000 that was made by defunct Pratt & Lambert; they matched a color for me from an old can, and they made possible saving one gallon of older paint by mixing it and straining it into a new can. The counter staff on Friday, April 17th and Saturday, April 18th was superb in every way. They know their stuff and do everything to be helpful. No waiting either to get their attention. Thank you. And I was not a contractor, just a neighborhood client.”

“When I was doing some touch up work some years back on the exterior of my house this store mixed a gallon of paint for me that matched the color. When I went in yesterday to buy paint for the window sills that need sprucing up I discovered that they had me on record from my previous paint purchase six years ago. In fact I learned Sherman-Williams keeps your paint information on digital file for up to ten years. I need another gallon for future touch ups on the house and this makes it extremely convenient since I didn’t have the information any longer.

“Nick was really easy to work with and ultimately corrected another associate’s mistake while staying 30 minutes past closing time to help me. He also showed me a product that can adjust the sheen of paint, which is something I had asked at least 3 other associates about in the past. They all claimed it didn’t exist, stating I just had to buy another gallon in the different sheen, as if I wouldn’t have automatically done that if I could afford to. I’ve often gotten the impression that Sherwin Williams employees are on some kind of commission model because it usually feels like they’re constantly trying to nickel and dime you. I didn’t get that impression from Nick at all.”
