“Never go to a big box store again!! Even if all you need is some stuff for a touch up, the reality is that those other places will never get the color match right. Sure, they’ll use their fancy machine, but for whatever reason, something will always be off. I learned this lesson the hard way; after four tries or so at various big box stores, I decided to come seek professional help.Upon entry I immediately realized I was, for the first time, talking to an actual paint professional — someone who will take your chip into the back room, shine a light on it every which way, and use their skills to achieve a color and sheen match so good you won’t be able to tell the difference (and they’ll prove it to you). One stop shopping for a perfect match. Have done it two more times since then, and purchased several gallons of new paint for various projects — all of which have turned out beautifully.Did I mention the paint quality? Working with the good SW stuff simply puts the big box store paint to shame. Fewer coats, faster drying, smoother result — whatever you spend in $$, you get back in time saved and in quality of the result.Never go to a big box store again!!”

“Super tight to get into with 53ft trailer. Would advise backing into the dock closest to the entrance. No O.N.P unless you wanna risk parking on the street. Folks are super nice though and will unload quickly. Just hope no LTL pull up before they start unloading. They will ask can it go ahead of you....”

I tried another shop first and had a terrible experience. I stopped by Rhodda and talked with Cat about matching a stain on my 1920s door so I could stain two new doors, and refinish my other old ones.
What a gold mine Cat is! She matched the color on my old door with Daily’s stain - nothing compares!
Cat will be the only person I trust with color matching from now on!”
“Stopped by Sherwin-Williams to find some paint for touch-ups on the white walls in my house. The staff were friendly and helpful in trying to match the color. Unfortunately, the shade I got wasn’t quite right, and since it was a custom mix, I wasn’t able to return it. However, the team gave me a helpful tip to buy samples first next time before committing to a larger bucket. Overall, a good experience and great customer service—I’ll definitely keep that advice in mind for the future.”

They found the formula for paint color from the year 2000 that was made by defunct Pratt & Lambert; they matched a color for me from an old can, and they made possible saving one gallon of older paint by mixing it and straining it into a new can. The counter staff on Friday, April 17th and Saturday, April 18th was superb in every way. They know their stuff and do everything to be helpful. No waiting either to get their attention. Thank you. “I found the colors I wanted to paint my bedroom from a Sherwin Williams color scheme online. So it was easy to get the right color paint I wanted. I went to this store and the person helping me was very helpful in getting the right kind of paint for the ceiling and the finish type. He did a great job and the paint he recommended was a one coat coverage and it did just that and it turned out great.”

“Good people working there, only one thing, if you are delivering with a semi-trailer, be prepared to deliver your load to the back of your trailer, no one will help you unload their load, if you refuse to unload their load, they themselves will not be accepted and you will be asked to leave unloading doors. Ps if you have health problems and you are unable to move over 25000 pounds load do not go this place.”
