The hard working team at this restaurant I can't commend enough. The food was fantastic. Just one thing is that you definitely need 1 more wait staff and I hope you find them for your rush hour period.

I just love how fresh the food is. It's tooo delicious. If you want amazing Thai cuisine, please come here! I recommend the egg rolls, tempura, and Thai fried rice with shrimp.

It’s time to start her new kitchenette journey in Seattle. “Cashew Thai Cuisine” is established from the warmest love and enriched of the family’s profound story. Her family started a cashew farm since she was a kid. They put love and care in every step from the seed selection to the harvest until delivered into the customers’ hands. Chef Tipjutha had a deep connection with the cashew to her family from generation to generation and would like to express her special bond of love through her talents by creating the foods with the cashew.
