Fried pig ear appetizer and Seafood gumbo ? Wife and I had a nice meal here while looking out at the pink neon lights.

Great spirits, friendly and helpful staff. We sat at the bar instead of table and got very helpful tips on which spirits matched our tastes. It was loud on a Saturday night because it was hopping. Barbecued meats were fantastic!

The burnt ends were ah mazing. Brisket was super tender, sauce was ok. Drinks were spectacular, service too!
Picture this: you've spent the entire day running around Pike Place, and all you want is an awesome drink and something to soak it up. You're going to want to head to Radiator Whiskey. It's a small, dark cocktail spot up some stairs at the market that specializes in whiskey (we hope that's clear) and unique bar snacks containing meat - things like cornflake-crusted chicken livers, fried beef lip terrine, and lamb neck sloppy joe sandwiches. They also do an entire smoked pig's head, if you make a reservation in advance for it. Drink-wise, even if you don't like whiskey, you'll probably find something you'll enjoy here, like our favorite, The Piledriver (Buffalo Trace bourbon, Aperol, lemon, mint, and rhubarb bitters).
