Salt & Straw is an absolute winner!!! I will go back over and over.*Went again tonight. Amazing as usual. Caramel apple sorbet for top scoop and salt caramel ribbon on the bottom in a waffle cone.

Once an independent city (with an independent spirit to match), Ballard was home to a bustling Scandinavian community of salmon fishermen, mill workers, and boat builders in the early 1900s. Today, Ballard is a hotbed of restaurants and bars, boutiques, galleries, epic landmarks, and the Ballard Farmers Market (where we’ll no doubt be sourcing all of our seasonal flavor inspiration).
