Unfortunately the tour guide called in sick so we didn’t get the guided tour but the folks at the smith tower have customer service locked in. They gave us priority seating at the lounge on the 35th floor and the views were stunning even in the rain.The details inside the smith tour are super cool.

You pay $22 for the privilege of buying an $18 cocktail at the top. But the exhibits on the way up are well done and the views up top are incredible. You need to do this at least once.

Everyone should do this at least once in their life. Nice to learn about early Seattle.
Smith Tower is a historic building in Seattle, WA. First opened in 1914, the building re-opened to the public with a brand new visitor experience in 2016, including a renovated Observatory level, craft cocktail bar, and museum-style exhibits.
