“We absolutely love Mountain View Animal Hospital! The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. They take even my tiniest of concern or question about my cat or dog seriously! The appointments never feel rushed, and you can tell everyone there absolutely loves animals :) Highly recommend!”

“It is a little rude that they make new patients pay upfront before even coming into the clinic, and the excessive appointment reminders are a bit much. However, they were very sweet to my two senior dogs; and we were in and out pretty quickly”

“I have found my new vet. Libra DVM, Susan saw my dog today. It's rare when I get home I have a need to write a review. This is one of those times. From the phone call, to squeezing me in same day when my dog had an urgent medical situation. The person who answered the phone showed care and understood the urgency. The reception staff were welcoming and gave a good initial impression. The vet tech was knowledgeable and caring. She listened well and made notes and was wonderful and helped calm me. When Libra DVM came in the room, I knew I was in good hands. She was open and honest, and focused on care. The treatment plan was on point and I could not be happier with my visit.”

“I had my first appointment with Dr. Hannah for a chiro for my horse. She took her time and went at his pace as he was quite sore in the back and was fidgety. Very thorough and gave me exercises to do with him at home. I think I've found my new vet. Thank you Dr. Hannah!”

“Good Neighbor Vet, convenient drop in that was near by. It was great day, no wait at all. The Vet & Vet assistant was very friendly. That is important not only for myself, but for my furry companion?. The Rhabies Vaccination was $50.00. $50.00 deworm Two -1 now, 2nd in two weeks- (was recommended due to King County is known for dogs eating grass.) You don't have to purchase them. I did. I love my furry companion. I want only the best! $100 total , you can pay VISA, AMEX, CASH, M/C or DISCOVER. We were in and out of there. Friendly, Nice and clean. Who can ask for anything more.”

“The techs and vets we have seen are kind and gentle with our dog. Our dog goes wild around other dogs so they let us wait in our vehicle and come to let us know when it is clear. It is not a 'hospital' or ER as the name might imply, just a normal vet.”

“Love love love Clearview Animals Hospital. We just made the change recently from another clinic that we were at for years. It’s like night and day compared. Same staff, always helpful, great location and wonderfully clean facility. Response time is great. I feel the prices for services are fair in today’s economy and I love the time they take and the care they exhibit. We have been seeing Dr Elliot and she’s great. We will be staying at this clinic for a very long time.”

“Highly recommend anyone coming to this Vet. I got my tiny dog of 5lbs neutered here. I was very worried, espically of how small he was. He even got his baby teeth extracted, with micro chip as well and went home with pain medicine. This Vet was very affordable! They charged me $330. (Every dog is different/procedure, so price may vary) But we had a wonderful experience here. The Doctor was super sweet, and staff was great! I highly recommend to anyone and family! ”

“Dr. Lindsey Murphy, Sammye-Vet Tech, and Michelle-Front Office this "15-star review" is ALL because of how WONNNDERRRFUL YOU LADIES were to us and our baby girl on Tuesday, 1/9/24) This was our 1st visit ever at Pilchuck Veterinary (which was as well an unplanned emergency visit) and feel VERY Blessed to have needed help when Dr Lindsey Murphy (and 2 additional staff members) were who cared for us. Our precious canine furbaby who'd been my baby since 2006, I truly don't believe I would have survived to January 2024 without my baby girl, constant companion, better-half, best friend, my happiness-center of laughter & joy. But 1-week short of her 18th birthday it was clear that her quality of life had taken a horrendous turn for the worse. Today I've read the reviews here on Pilchuck Veterinary and I'm heartbroken for those who've shared an extremely different experience than ours which took place a few days ago; my heart goes out to each of you and especially your furbaby's interactions/experiences. I'm a senior (okay, I'm "old") who's been blessed 2 be Mom to many wonderful furbabies and my experiences with Veterinarian practices among several states and all levels of staff have 'run the gamet'. I still firmly believe this should be recognized as a FIFTEEN STAR REVIEW, yes, I said FIFTEEN STARS review for: Veterinarian/Dr Lindsey Murphy, Vet Tech-Sammye (I apologize that I've perhaps mis-spelled this young lady's name, but goodness she was very professional, kind-caring-patient, treated our Baby and the two of us with so much love), and Front Office-Michelle who was my 1st contact person on the phone-when we arrived-through the rough & emotional paperwork and until we left there later that night-WOW she was as well SPECTACULAR!!! Unfortunately, the "5-star" threshold is not an adequate expression for the level of professionalism, caring, patient, loving, and kindness especially at the time of the evening they were there for us Spending this time to revisit the pain and loss of our sweet baby is hard; but I KNOW THEY deserved (+earned) a 15-STAR review One last thing, our Vet in South Snohomish County who we adored from 2013-2023 sold her practice/no longer practicing, I KNOW, (the 'nerve' of her', huh? I AM KIDDING, we hold no grudges - only wonderful memories, and truly "GNORMOUS" LOVE for her and Our VERRRRY FAVORRRRITE Vet Tech-who moved out-of-state in late 2022) but instead we only wish to honor that Beautiful Soul-Spirit-Dedicated Professional she was for us and so many other dedicated families...I think of all the years/hours/missed after-school activities-holiday & weekend emergencies and HER HEART of GOLD for the Furbabies & their families for all those years she cared for; all while she had a growing family of her own who as well 'rolled with the flow' as Mom/Wife was being an Angel to others. And Oh, the Vet Tech (who was part of that team at the Vet practice we were patients of 2013-2023) felt like family as well-she was to us! Any Mother who can relate to an 'average Pediatrician', a 'good Pediatrician', an 'Incredible Pediatrician', or a 'horrendous Pediatrician' in their life; hopefully can as well understand/relate to the IMPORTANCE of an INCREDIBLY LOVING-CARING-EMPATHETIC-PROFESSIONAL VETERINARIAN & their staff at that same level of humanity and caring nature As if COVID wasn't enough for everyone...Veterinrian practices have been enormously challenged just as other 'service-related' businesses have, even if it's now 2024.”

“We unfortunately woke up yesterday to our senior cat (14 years, rescued three years ago) suddenly losing her ability to walk on her hind legs. We knew her time was here and said our goodbyes before arriving to Pilchuck Animal Hospital with no idea what to expect. Reviews are varying with long wait times and cost, but it felt like our best option for immediate care. I am so grateful we came here. The front desk assistant was so patience and calming to us while navigating uncharted territory. We spent about a half hour or so in the waiting room before we were seen. The vet was kind and listened to our concerns. She placed us in a private room while our kitty was seen for about 45-one hour. It felt long at the moment but it was important to us that her well-being was taken seriously and she had a thorough exam for her conditions. The vet gave us the news that she had many end of life conditions (we suspected at her age without knowing her back story). She gave us options on what we could do but that the prognosis would still be limited due to her age and conditions. It was so hard to admit we knew it was her time to pass, and the vet did not make us feel the guilt we were expecting. She allowed us plenty time for our goodbyes and let us be there for her passing. She told us to take as long as we needed with her before we left. We are so grateful to give our girl three more years after rescuing her from a shelter that was told to put her down due to her hair matting. I can’t give more appreciation to this company that is so compassionate, understanding, and patient. The cost was something we had to accept as we wanted to let her pass pain free and in the care of professionals rather than at home with more suffering. We chose to pay an additional fee for pain management as we would do anything for our beloved cat to feel comfortable. Thank you again to Pilchuck so for being so quick to help us and giving us the support needed most. You guys are absolutely amazing!
