    I see why everyone is giving 1 star now.1. They do not communicate with the deaconess hospital for billing or scaling purposes. They directly send the patient a bill even if its invalid.2. They hang up on you when telling them to care more about the customers.3. They set an unrealistic due date.Really it should say 0 stars... read full comment

    Worst billing experience! Feeling so vulnerable as a patient to receive multiple bills from this agency after I paid each time. My doctor chose this terrible agency for labs and pathology. How on the earth patients would know Cellnetix have 100% negative reviews until same bad billing things happened on us!!! Terrible agency....

    I only got a call, I never received a bill or anything. I gave two insurances and the second insurance “didn't respond” Worst service ever, DO NOT USE.
