Jennifer was great! She’s very knowledgeable and teaches you what’s going on with your body. I had no idea my range of motion was so limited until she did some exercises with me. She is also super easy to talk to! my husband and I both saw her and he said the same thing.

I have never had such a great massage experience in my life! I have seen other massage therapists, but none of them compared to Connections Massage. The massage is very intentional and not just routine. 11/10 recommend.
