She was greeting so well and beautiful smile. My 3years old baby was cranky and fussy in the office. But Quandrea made us so comfortable and smile all the time to us. She told me very clearly and understandably of company, price, deductible and coverage and etc. also my husband and I were disconnected conversation with her because my toddler was whinny and fussy during the conversation.
