They tested my battery and confirmed it was bad autozone had done the same with same result an hour earlier. The serviceman was super he knew his stuff and just what I needed. Also confirmed my alternator was working properly. This is my new go to place for anything battery reflated. They seem to stock just about any kind of battery you need. RV, motorcycle all kinds of batteries. I want to thank the person who helped me today he could not have done a better job.Thank you.”

“I wish I can rate 10 stars instead of five! I bought a headlight bulb from AutoZone and they were extremely rude and unprofessional and could not be bothered to help me put in my new light when I have never done it before. And my other headlight wasn't installed properly so I couldn't even see the road and was frantic. I am from out of town so I don't know anyone that could help me so my last bet was to just go to this O'Reilly's and I am so glad I did. The gentleman working, Max was so helpful and nice and with no hesitation helped me fix both of my bulbs at no charge. He was fast and efficient and the whole thing seemed effortless. Max totally made my night and definitely saved me from getting pulled over. So happy I'm able to see the road clearly again thank you again Max you are the best give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered a car battery online and have it free installed in store. Staff that helped me is professional and very friendly (10 out of 10). The price of the battery is great. This would have been a 5-star review easily. However, there is an additional (hidden) $60 charge for battery registration that feels like a rip off. I appreciated the free installation, but there was no indication on the website when I ordered the battery that it would incur additional registration fee. I could have chose other place if I knew this hidden cost when I placed my order online. Other places like advance auto parts offered free battery registration and free installation as well.Note: yes, the store did called me 20m before my appointment to inform me about this additional charge when I was already on my way to the store. But it was too late for me to change it as it would be a hassle to cancel the appointment get refund for my online order and find another place. More importantly, I needed my battery replaced and can't delay it.”

Fortunately there was this young man named Andy who is very helpful who told me to come in and he would get the right battery for me and test the old one. When I arrived this afternoon, he came in and was very polite and gave me all the instructions I needed to purchase the correct battery. I picked the premium one and I'm very happy with its performance.I also would like to say Andy went Above and Beyond in his efforts to install my battery correctly and to help me I get on my way. “Service was great, Great job Riley, yet the hand held alternator machine read,the voltage failed but the oiodes good, yet on the machine inside the store, the big expensive machine read the alternator to pass on both the voltage and the oiodes ( wait did I spell that right) anyway I was able to the old alternator reinstalled, ?✝️? and the car is running fine not lights in the dash and the battery is showing good battery, when tested ?✝️?”
