I have been a customer of Grass Monkey Simulations for a couple years now and recently ordered a new unit. Once I received the package, I noticed it was the wrong product. Roger was quick and understanding to fix the issue. Great head tracking and great owner.

Fantastic product, shipping, and support. 10/10 and I will absolutely be directing any new people that are joining flight sims like DCS to order a grassmonkey for head tracking. Replaced my Track IR with this and the both the accuracy, and range of motions is far superior with grassmonkey's puck system
