“Dascoli and her assistant was the kindest loving professional with the process of saying goodbye to my sweet loving boy. The whole staff were very helpful and nice. I wish I had known about them sooner.”

“I was highly recommended to Valley West Vet Hospital when I got my new 8wk old kitten. I loved that they gave me so much information on kittens. They were very loving towards my kitty Shiloh, thank you Valley West Staff. Dr. Keith was so helpful and compassionate with my Shiloh. Thank you girls today that shaved Shiloh from her kitty episode, you girls are awesome.”

“The doctors and techs have always been very gentle and kind. I've been taking my pets there for nearly 20 years off and on. They take good care of my pets and listen to my concerns. Most of the ladies in the office are kind as well. However, there are a couple that could stand to be not only a little more professional but also a bit more kind. Remember, most pet owners, we are doing the best we can. Just as we make mistakes with raising our children, we do it with our furbabies. Anyways, Dr. Grady, Dr. Banning and Dr. Perkins have been great with my little Macy and for that I'm grateful.”

“Cat had its tail amputated. They were really busy the day before christmas, but they took care of him, after he had his tail wrapped up in the screw mechanism of a recliner.”

“Saw our puppy before other vets could get us in. Appreciate that so much. Friendly staff. Met two different vet that work there and both were nice and seemed knowledgeable. No waiting, seen on time. Will return . A little disappointed that they were not in on Fridays. But there is an emergency number posted on the door.”

“I have taken my pets to Dr. Leadmon since I've had pets (about 20 years). She's very good with the animals and explains things throughly to the humans. She was particularly supportive and knowledgable when we found my cat to have resorptive lesions! I highly recommend her!”

“They did great with my male cat who’s just over a year old. It is very small and loud in the waiting room as well as the exam rooms so if you have noise sensitive pet be aware of that. We went for his shots as a walk in and called before hand to get the price. It may be common sense that there is an appointment fee but as this is my first cat I haven’t been to the vet before so I was unaware of that. When I asked about the price of the everything I was told the price of each shot but I was not told that there would be a $76 dollar appointment fee. In total for his rabies four-in-one and a bordetella shot it was $152 and some change. So be aware of that. Other than the slight miscommunication on price, they did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend! ((:”
