Rude. Appointment to get hitch on 88 yr old veterans truck. Made us wait and was rude to us about where we parked. Business is on the side of a hill with little room. Parked where I was told but then got told to move. Driving a huge truck. Never coming back!

Bought a topper from Chad a couple years ago. Had a problem with it( my fault) recently and Chad took care of it. Will definitely buy next topper from him.
