So, I called Candle Shop Florist and the lady sent me tons of photos of items throughout the shop and allowed me to pay over the phone once I chose the item! She was very helpful in my time of need! “I'm not sure where the previous issues stemmed from but I dealt directly with the owner and she went far beyond my expectations. We had a sudden death in the family, us being in Calif we had no idea who to choose- so I just called until someone answered and I couldn't have been luckier if I wanted! I didn't read reviews because you never know what prompted the negative write ups! She not only talked to me after hours she assured me it would be beautiful! And it was! So if you need to order from out of state- go for it! You shouldn't be disappointed!
