“I was browsing through Google and came across this clinic as I was looking for a place to get my dog neutered. I scheduled an appointment with them online, and they confirmed it right away. Fast forward to the appointment, the staff at Tiffany Dlesk Clinic were very accommodating and nice people. They cared about my dog's health, kept me informed about things I needed to know about the surgery whenever I dropped my dog off, and also explained some things about aftercare whenever I picked him up. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Reasonable & affordable pricing and most importantly, they CARE. Although my dog has already been neutered, I will definitely come back here again to get my dog vaccinated and anything they have to offer my dog.”

I really liked how open they are about pricing and asking before they do anything that will add money to your bill, and I didn't feel like they try to push unnecessary things just to get more money out of you like some other vets I've dealt with in the past. “Sitting here, watching my 8 year old orange tabby, Oliver, playing with a toy and I decided I needed to hop on here and write a review. Just three months ago, Oliver was semi lethargic, kept getting what I thought were colds. He would sneeze and sneeze and sneeze for a week or so and just as I thought I’d be taking him to get checked, he would stop. A week later it would maybe hit again, etc. this had been going on for some time… until one day he walked in and sneezed blood all over my wood floor. I was a fool. I put it off way too long.I immediately made an appointment and got him into the Elm Grove Animal Hospital to see Dr. Sparling, Lindsey and the gang. It was confirmed that my Ollie had many bad teeth that needed to go. I can’t thank the staff at EGAH enough for how comforting, thoughtful and helpful they were in talking over the price, the procedure, after care, etc. It was also incredibly speedy how he got in and taken care of. Within days of his dental work (8 teeth, cleaning, etc) he was a completely different cat! It’s like he aged in reverse. He behaves like a kitten. Seeks out affection like he did years ago. I thought my cat was getting old and grumpy. No. He was in pain and uncomfortable. And Doc, Lindsey and the staff at Elm Grove Animal Hospital fixed him right up! I am forever thankful. The prices are insanely reasonable for the care that is given. My parents had their cats dental work done within a week or two and same for him, new kitty! We are all so pleased with the level of care our furry loves received.They were also so helpful and accommodating when I brought my insanely nervous dog in for a well check physical. He did so well and seemed to be so at ease. I think he could sense that everyone there wanted only the best for him. And when we had our Beagle put to sleep in an emergency situation a few years ago , we saw only compassion from them, after a terrible experience at another vets office. So thankful! They have my family as loyal pet patients for good now.”

“best vet ive been to and ive been to many, including columbus. I have a pet bunny, so it’s hard to find good vets or even vets that take rabbits. She was super helpful, caring, and actually knew what was going on (other vets ive been to dont even know that rabbits cant vomit.) No joke, I had a vet in hopedale diagnose my rabbit with respiratory illness after reading a textbook in front of me and guessing. I went here during emergency hours but I will be continuing to go to this vet if and when my rabbit recovers.”
