David is the employee we were waiting on and Was left sitting at 2pm told will be there in an hour 4 hours later still no one. Told it would be another hour and no one has arrived. Terrible company. Terrible customer experience. Company is very unorganized and lies about anything and has very lazy employees

Called AAA at 5:00 pm. Called Valley towing at 6;00 pm. The truck was in St.Marys not even on the way. The dispatcher said she was sending another driver. Called at 7:00 pm and was told the truck was in Middlebourne at least an hour away. 7:30 pm and still waiting.
