“I got a flat tire a block from their shop and despite being unreasonably busy, Josh put a tire on my car for me. He absolutely did not have to do that. I am so appreciative, they are a great group of people! Highly recommend!!”
“We drove over 400 miles hoping that the truck, all its options and the price that was described to us was going to be what we were told…it was indeed what we were expecting and then some.
Friendly, easy to work with, and the extra dealer warranties were a nice surprise.
I would drive that distance again to purchase another vehicle from Steve and Gross Motors.”
“I dealt with Joe Backaus in Black River Falls on a 2024 Blazer. The car was at another dealership and he was quick to get it there for me that day and I drove it home the next! Awesome to work with and the finance department worked on getting me the best deal. Definitely would recommend checking them out for your next car!! Love my blazer!”
“We were travelling home from our Miami vacation when our alternator quit. Fortunately we found Certified Auto who promptly, professionally repaired our vehicle at a very fair price. Very satisfied with this business.”

“Elroy is the best of the best. All the way! 100% He pays attention to detail and never lets his customer's leave unhappy. He has maintained life long customers to his own business now for decades. He is a trusted ,multi-skilled, experienced custom automobile engineer & auto Body repair technician. He builds amazing custom cars. Over the years I have watched him build street rods beginning with only the empty frame and hollow shell. He puts the engines in builds from the ground up these beauty customs like no big deal.. All my life. lifelong friend to so many. Ever since I was little. I am not just bragging Dad up here.. He's "kind of a big deal" lol Though I could never express enough positive reflection, loveand admiration for him into this tiny box. He is a beast mode magical master street rod wizard and Auto body expert. Peace :)”
“I blew a tire on the interstate during a long solo road trip and was stranded during a torrential thunderstorm. Brauner’s picked me up, took me to a motel, replaced my tires, picked me up the following day, and had me back on the road. They did all this for an extraordinarily fair price, even when they knew I was in a position where I could have easily been gouged. Every employee I encountered was super sweet and kind.
I can’t speak highly enough. At a time when I was panicked, frightened, far from home, and vulnerable, and made everything so much better.”
“This team did great work on our smashed up vehicle and returned it to us in top shape, including cleaned inside and out (a total susprise that was MUCH appreciated). Thanks, all!”
“Great and quick service. Best prices around! Friendly staff. Picnic bench out front. Limited seating inside lobby. Some parking. Seems like a hole in the wall place but it's actually a great shop!”

“Very intelligent and experienced car mechanic!
I was traveling from Minneapolis to the Illinois, My car started overheating, I was lucky to find this mechanic!
He diagnosed and repaired the problem, and I was back on the road!
Highly recommended!”
“Called in need of a stock can am wheel. Mike had it in stock. Drove to their shop and he removed the old wheel, switched my tire, remounted it in like 15 minutes. Charged me dealer price for rim and I doubled his labor charge because I felt that type of service is above and beyond. KJB is my source for all things mechanical when in BRF.”
“Amazing service, unbelievable reasonable prices, I was in and out with my leaking hub seal in less than an hour, hands down you guys are the best! Will be servicing my truck at your locations from now on! 5++++”
“Russ and Anita are the best! I have gone to Speedbump for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with their work, timeliness, honesty, and exceptional customer service.”
“Dave at the Walmart Auto Shop is a hero. We came in during a snowstorm right before closing with unsafe, almost-bald tires and he stayed late to help us—cheerfully. In a time that we were desperate for help, he was truly an answered prayer. Incredible service, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you!”
“Derek saved my life. He got to me so fast even 911 couldn’t get here faster but they did recommend Highway 34 towing. Very reasonably priced. He is my superhero. I love Hw 54 towing”
