I love yoga one!! Every single staff member there is so sweet, welcoming, and positive. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to further their practice! I have learned so much and doing yoga here has made me happier and healthier.

Highly recommended!!! I’m here from Florida for a short time and needed a place to continue my yoga practice. Meg was so welcoming and the teacher Katie did a great job! ( I caught her first class). Very peaceful energy and wonderful people!
