“Tim and Annie were super helpful, kind, and quick! We were traveling from out of state and had a broken tail light. When we called them Annie said they had a last minute cancellation and to come on through! Tim fixed us up fast and it was so affordable! I love supporting small businesses like these! “Husband received great service today, he went in after he found a nail in one of the tires. They helped him right away, repaired the tire, sadly the tire failed after that, so he had to order a new one. It wasn't their fault, but they apologized anyway. A guy came in after a few other customers had arrived, in a Porsche, expecting to jump everyone else in line. He made a loud and rude phone call while waiting. Then got upset when it was his turn, that we don't emissions test in this county. Stormed off, took a photo of the front of the building ...probably ready to leave a bad review. I do hope his day turned around. Fun story to hear though”

“I’m very happy with the service I’ve received at Elkhorn Motors (Ford Dealer), especially compared to a the previous Ford dealer where I purchased my truck. They have been upfront and honest about needed work and were able to fix the oil pan leak I had from day one (3 previous replacements from previous dealer who charged me $1200 twice). They worked extra hard to make sure my Ford Pass rewards could be accessed and usable after the previous dealer put the incorrect email on my account. They also have made a loaner available for extended work. I couldn’t say enough good things about this business!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Had a 90 year old radiator for my '33 Chrysler...many issues. They found a new re- core and their fabricator , Mike, was able to come up with solution to use an 'up to date' cap that would work with my original grill and hood ornament . Craftsman ship like this is far and few between. Thank you for your help. Was worth the 55 minute trip to Elkhorn from my home in Illinois.Service: Auto water leak repair”
