“Lyn is the man! I had been shopping for a nice dive watch and was just passing by and noticed a seiko gmt that caught my eye. When I put it on, I liked it, but wanted a different color scheme. Lyn pulled up the seiko catologue and found the exact model I was looking for, and even offered to give me an additional discount. This discount made the watch cheaper than anywhere else I could find so I ordered it and then he kept in touch with me on the order status.The watch ended up being on back order, but Lyn offered to refund me and save one when it arrived. I told him not to worry about it and just let me know when it arrived. He kept in touch a couple of times to assure me they didn't forget about me. And after a week or two it arrived. Lyn also mentioned that some promotional seiko hats came with the shipment and threw it in for free.I love the watch, seiko really outdid themselves with this one. I came back a couple weeks later to see if they had any nato straps in stock and sure enough they did in the exact color I wanted. Lyn gave me another discount and threw in a tool to pop the pins out so that I can do it when I get home since I wasn't wearing the watch.Overall, great experience, and excellent customer service. Lyn went above and beyond and deserves all the praise in the world. Give that man a promotion!?”

“Beautiful jewelry. People think the jewelry is made of real diamonds and gold. I get sooo many compliments when I wear it. I own si much of it. The jewelry retain its value. You can sell it years later for a good price, but you probably won't want to sell it.”

“I took my (older) watch to Time Square at Southridge for a battery replacement and there was an accidental problem with it. I emailed the customer service and got a quick call back from the owner who could not have been nicer. He worked hard to repair my watch and when it couldn't be completely restored, he ordered a brand new watch for me at no charge! The customer service was amazing and the owner is the nicest, most upstanding gentleman. Highly recommend!”
