“I bought 2 Reconyx game cameras in 2007, an RM45 and an RM55. Both were great cameras and I used them a TON! Thousands and thousands of (deer, turkey, coyote, ect) pictures with these cameras.Over time I got cheap and bought other cameras that cost less than a Reconyx. And that's exactly what I got.. cameras that didn't work or last like a Reconyx! Other brands don't have the same picture quality, trigger speed, or most importantly (to me at least) the security functions that Reconyx has. I've ran up to 6 cameras at a time and have never had a Reconyx stolen, but I have had other brands stolen. These were cameras that by design were not nearly as secure as a Reconyx. What's the sense of spending your hard earned money on a camera that someone can steal easily?I've spoken with the guys at Reconyx a few times over the past 13 yrs and every time we've talked, they have been the nicest, most helpful guys!Now I have a new XR6 coming my way and I can't wait to see the "Reconyx Difference" all over again!”

“Recently bought a Roland GP6 from them. Although the order did take almost a month to come in, Marty was very apologetic. They just recently reworked their agreement with Roland to sell their pianos again. Although I had to call a few times to get updates, I did eventually get them regarding the shipment. Make sure you get a hold of Marty, though, as he can give you a better idea of when it will be received.The wait was all made up for with their delivery service though. Marty did the delivery and I could tell that he took great care in handling my eGrand Piano! I very much appreciated their service and was also thanked and once again apologized to for the delay.In the end I was very glad I went locally with SSE and Marty, versus ordering online. The white glove service in delivery alone was worth it!”

“I needed to get the screen protector on my phone replaced. The employee at the door told me the wait would be at least an hour, but I could schedule an appointment and come back later. She quickly set up the appointment, and when I came back ten minutes before the scheduled time, Brad was ready to help.He looked up my phone number, found the record of the screen protector I bought years ago, and replaced it perfectly in less time than it took me to browse a few aisles. There was no charge for the product or service.Good job, Best Buy! But more importantly, good job, Brad! I have pretty severe anxiety, and Brad made what could have been a stressful and uncomfortable situation for me very easy and painless. This was right after the holidays, and I was so relieved that he only asked me for the information he needed, only gave me the information I needed, and refrained from any small talk or “How was your Christmas” kind of stuff. It really did make my day better.For people who enjoy chatting with strangers in public, it’s good customer service to ask general questions about nice stuff. Brad recognized that I am not one of those people, and gave me the customer service I needed, which is as little talking as possible. Thanks!”
