βFriendly cashier and bagger at Hartford location. Young men. Aidan and Vochan (sp?). Typically young people are not overly friendly, but Aidan was pleasant and engaged in some back-and-forth banter and Vochan told us all about his plans to go see a movie later that night. We just appreciated the enthusiasm and friendliness in these two young gents. We are not regulars, so they did not know us from Adam. Yet, they impressed us.β
βStill the cheapest place for quality items on most groceries. Only wish they carried a few more things so I could avoid a second trip to another store sometimes.β
βWhat a beautiful store full of such friendly people! I love the care given to make it such an inviting space. This isn't like your ordinary grocery, it's modern, relaxing, and everyone is very helpful. The produce section is very much so top quality.β
βAlways a fun time at Aldi. I love the middle aisle for the fun things they stock each week. The food is quality good and there's a large about it dye free options!β

βWe stopped by today for our first strawberry picking experience and couldn’t be happier! It was such a wonderful day out with my mom and my daughter. The strawberries are absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of the golf cart service to take us to the fields—even though it’s a short walk, it made the trip so much easier with a little one! We love supporting small businesses and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!β
βI would like to say how much I appreciate Lisa, one of the cashiers at Piggly Wiggly on Main Street in Sussex. She is always kind, helpful, and provides such wonderful customer service.
I moved here from Thailand 24 years ago, and my husband and I have been shopping at Piggly Wiggly almost every week ever since. We truly enjoy supporting small businesses and our local community.
One of the things we love most about this store is how easy and comfortable it feels to shop there. We can always find what we need without having to walk all over a huge store. The staff members are friendly, and the store feels warm and welcoming.
My husband and I will continue supporting Piggly Wiggly in Sussex for many years to come. Thank you for being such a special part of our community.β

βMac has to be one of the best pharmacists in existence. His memory is impressive - every time Iβve had a pick up, he has it at the counter ready to go and greets his patients by name. He is personable, and really knows his stuff!β
βLike that the meet you by that day was probably cut and ground up that day. Not off site and then spend days trucking in, and saying it's fresh.
Same thing goes for the fruits and vegetables always fresh looking and tasting.β
βA good place to buy meat , pork + beef + chicken + turkey ; not all piggy wiggly with fresh meat, lucky the one I went in Hartland WI is best fresh among Costco, metro , woodman , picknsave and other piggly wilggly. Best quality meat and lowest price. Unlucky thing is I am living there. However I would go there at least twice a month just for the beef.β
βThis is a pretty solid Piggly. Grew up going to this one and I still occasionally go with my mom to help her shop. Rodney the cashier is awesome! Very polite and always makes sure you get your coupons! They are lucky to have him.β

βReally fresh foods. The only downside for me is that the water refill station is a little slower than average. I use this to my advantage though. I can set my phone alarm to 3 minutes, run and shop for what i need to get, and get back and turn off the water in time.They have these deals there where if you buy 5 or 6 of any item you'll get a discount, which puts you on a scavenger hunt :-) But the deals are good.Anyway I'll be backβ
βGood store, but would you put a damn bell at the counter already?? Everytime I go there, no cashier at the check out. A bell or call button should be available so customers don't have to wander around looking for someone.β
βThe ONLY reason why this a 4star and not 5 start is because at checkout (my husband has severe OCD-things needs to be scanned and bagged in the same order they were scanned) so we always gravitate towards self checkout. Unfortunately it was a $300 order. Never had an issue with any other store with this but the lady that was by self checkout (short blond hair) was very rude. After asking if he wanted someone to bag or scan for him and we respectably declined and explained why, she said well it is common courtesy not to go in self checkout with that many items. Well then I'm sorry maybe you should have a 10 items or less sign and also people don't have common courtesy for people with mental health issues just because it's not "normal". The young lady with the long black hair was absolutely amazing to us.I also want to add that is took my husband less then 10 minutes to scan, bag, and load into the cart a $300 order (we time it another OCD) don't know many cashiers who could do that themselves? Otherwise the store is amazing!!!!!β
βI come in Wednesday's before work to get the $5 sushi deal. I came in early today before the discount sushi was on the floor. The man working at the counter offered to make me the sushi rolls I wanted and have it ready for me by the time I was done shopping for my other items. So kind and helpful!!β
βMetro Market's similar to Pick n Save. This location is well maintained, clean, and has good selections. Came to get us a dessert and they had plenty to choose from. Got aβ
βI had never been to this particular pick 'n save, but I was very impressed with the help I received at the service counter. An earlier gentleman was able to get product off of the shelf and label it for me to pick up later in the day. Jacob, at the service counter, not only rang up that order but also helped me out to the car with all of my purchases. I really appreciate his help and fine service with a smile. This particular store is light and airy, and I found many employees very willing to help with a smile.β
βI wish the staff knew about the digital coupons. I always get questioned about using coupons from the staff ...I get it, use the digital form and add your phone number.. DON'T ?? ME ABOUT IT WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK... TELL Management to make the process easier, with just a phone numberβ

But it's well marked so you can scan the layout to find what you want.
Self checkout was smooth.
My only issue is they don't allow tap to pay.β
βthe worker that helped with my order ( ethan) he had a black jacket on this day and was very nice and respectful! i love great costumer service !! he should be a boss. he was 10/10β

βWe could not have been more impressed with the deli trays. Got 2 mini sandwiches and some pinwheels trays. Lots of compliments and quality. The taco tray was a hit. Definitely will be back for future get togethers. A missed gem all these years in our backyard!β
