“These guys were GREAT I had an issue with my work vehicle during the 1st real big snow storm, they came out and tried to change the tire on my trailer but found out the rim I had wouldn't work. My trailer was stuck in Johnson Creek for a week before I had the correct tires and rims and once again came out to fix it. Thanks guys for all your help.”

“Somehow my batt died in my truck. Calling around, everyone had an hour wait time and $200 to jumpstart. Several referred Jerry.He only accepts cash. And he is in noooo rush. Literally across the street from his shop, I waited 35mins (was on ph with my Wife, laughing at my luck and his promptness). I didn't complain as it only cost me $62.50.....$50 to Jerry but ATM only offered $20 increments, and $2.50 to use it.IF you carry cash, Jerry is your guy. If you're not in a hurry, Jerry is your guy. You want someone to not speak to you except to say what you owe....Jerry is your guy.? ? ?”

The entire experience was A++ Mike shipped the bike for me to Colorado do have a wrap done on it then helped me with shipping from Colorado to my home in Virginia saving me hundreds of $$ on that shipping. You have a customer for life now thank you for a great experience.”

I was in and out that day. Not that I expect that every time but you don’t get this kind of help anymore. This was only one of many encounters. The parts and service people are always helpful.”
