I made the appointment over the phone and asked for their best salesman. We were set up with Griffin. He had the Wrangler pulled up for us when we got there. He explained the certified preowned warranty and buyers guide on the windshield. We took it for a ride. When we got back he had appraised her two trades. I called 6/19 needing four brand-new tires and wasn't sure how quickly they would be able to fit me into their schedule. Becky was incredibly helpful from the moment she answered the phone. Even though they didn't have a lot of availability that day, she took the time to work with me, find a solution, and get me scheduled.
She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. She also helped me take advantage of a promotion that saved me about $180 on a set of four tires, which I really appreciated.
The staff was welcoming and efficient, and my vehicle was completed in less than an hour. Since I was working that day, it was a huge help to be able to drop off my car and pick it up later without any hassle.

This maintenance team is clean, careful, and really value the customer's requirements. The dealership waiting room is always cleans as well as their bathroom facilities. They offer rides for the prolonged services. It awesome that they work to get most services done in within the day or even shortly after scheduled appointment. “Rueben the service writer was awesome! I was in for a brake job on my truck. I had all four rotors and pads replaced. Once I left and drove a few miles, I noticed a vibration in the vehicle so I turned around and went back into the store. They got the truck back in there and took a look. Upon further inspection it was determined the front caliper was inoperable and caused damage to the brand new rotor! Rueben made a great call to replace the rotor and pads again due to the intense heat by the pad rubbing against the rotor and possibly causing damage. He also replaced the caliper at no cost to me! I was impressed by the customer service and his ability to determine let's do it right! They replaced both front calipers and took ownership of the circumstances, which never happens anymore. He is awesome and is what the industry is missing in other shops. Take care of the customer and gain them for life. Awesome store and people.”
“Went there as they had my tire size in some used tires. Great price and quick service. They were honest and up front with the cost of the tires and disposal fee. After my purchase one of my tires kept going flat. Took it back and they quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the tire ( it had a screw that they admited they missed) and thry apologized for the inconvenience. The used tires they sold me have a good amount of thread to last me a while.”
