“Took my car here because I needed an oil change, tire patch and my car was making a weird noise. I’ve taken my car to other places over the last two years and all of those mechanics couldn’t hear the noise or said it was normal. After driving other cars, it was apparent it wasn’t normal. Rence’s found the issue and actually determined my two rear tires were bad. After two years of driving like that and many appointments, a trusted company finally found the answer. Thank you, Rence’s. “The service and time frame of installation was good but I did a rotation after 5000 miles on my tires. What usually takes me about 45 minutes took me about 4 hrs. The lug nuts were definitely not torqued at 76ft lbs. as required.I ended up breaking 2 lug nuts trying too take them off. I needed a breaker bar on each lug nut. Thank God I didn’t get a flat on the side of the road !!”

“On March 5th 2023 (Sunday) our car broke down 150 miles away from home and we were not able to start it. We finally connected with Mike from J&M Towing service, and he towed the car to his place of business. The good thing in that they rent to two mechanics (Robin and Ernesto) whose shop is in the same building. The next day (Monday) Robin and Ernesto replaced the alternator and repaired our problem. I was concerned because we were 150 miles away from home and in an unknown area. However, they did not take advantage of our situation and the charge for the repair was fair (substantially less the I expected). I would recommend both this towing service and these mechanics.By the way the next day, Mike the tow truck drive drove to our hotel and took us to the repair shop while we waited a few hours for the repair to be completed. That saved us from having to stay another day in the hotel.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“Maybe it's influenced by how awful the Melrose Park, Illinois store was... but this Sam's club was a joy. Everyone was nice and helpful. I can't quite give Sam's Club in general five stars. They don't have much in the way of gluten-free, the cinnamon rolls were yummy but sadly a bit stale, and it still overall feels like Costco's dim cousin... but I liked the people here so much and the Walmart next door was convenient for the rest of our needs. This place would not be a 5/5 if not for the staff. Tips: look for marked down items on top of the piles and check the scan and go table at the front.”

“Love this place. Always professional, caring, and accommodating. However, I'm still having issues with the Service Tire Monitor System light coming on. It appears that both drivers-side tires, the system is not registering the psi readings for front and rear tire after 30 minutes of highway driving.”
