“Third incident, the most unfortunate time this year, but Victor and his team at Luigi's Collision & Sales put my mind at ease. I live in Chicagoland area, but knowing I can't go wrong with Luigi's Collision & Sales, I drove down to Kenosha for their service once again. It's hard to find an honest body shop and mechanics around and knowing Victor and his crew, I knew I wouldn't have to worry at all, having had 2 previous services with them. Victor was very attentive and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the repair process. Not only that, he went above and beyond to get the parts I needed for the car, and getting the hood repaired through paintless dent repair technician. “I've only had one experience with K-Town Auto Sales. With that said the one experience was really good. I was in the market for a car and they had one that I was interested in. The owner was nice and not pushy. The mechanic was also pleasant. I asked the price and he gave it to me. I've been to enough used car lots to know that's not always the case. Alot of used car sales people won't tell you the price straight up but not him. He was up front and told me the exact condition of the car. He let me take it for a test drive twice without issue. Never at any point did it feel like he was trying to pull a fast one or skirt around an issue. If I'm looking for another used car in the future I'll be sure to come back and see what he has.”

“I met Nick from Auto World when he had called me through a credit application I put in online. I hadn’t gotten my deposit quite yet. Nick is absolutely wonderful, he’s not super pushy. We had decided on a F150 he had on the lot, but it did end up selling before my deposit. My Fiancé and I were very pleased with the Golf GTI I purchased. “I went here for my breaks a few years ago and my roommate just recently needed some work on her car so I sent her to them. My roommate has trust issues with mechanics because of a previous incident when she was young so she was really anxious about taking her car in. I told her I trust them, you just gotta go into see yourself. She took her car in she came home and was so pleased with them. She got her car fixed and it runs great, she said the mechanic was really nice, he explained everything to her in detail, and the cost was not high at all.”
