the building is empty and nobody answers the phone!! on the website it says open mon, wed, fri 11-4 but I've been calling for 3 weeks now to find out my property tax information and can't reach anybody. Definitely using turbotax instead this coming year.

The option to get a little money ahead of time was nice but the cost for them to do my taxes was astronomical! I asked why and he said it’s because I had a lot of W2s but over $700 is insane for a simple tax return. I won’t be going back to Jackson Hewitt in the future that’s for sure.
