We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.”

“Called to set up a tow ahead of time. They were very polite on the phone. They gave me a very reasonable quote (I called a total of 8 places). They showed up on time to tow my vehicle. The driver was so nice (Alan) and offered to try to jump the vehicle first. He did that and got the vehicle running. He waited to make sure the vehicle continued to run before leaving. A very good experience. I will be using them again.”

“I was on my way to work Today & the car stalled & shut off in the intersection on Main Street & Fountain BLVD. I almost got hit by a semi & several vehicles. I ended up having to call the Menomonee Falls Police Department & a tow truck. Thank You to The Menomonee Falls Police Department, The Police Aid, & Morison Auto Service & Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer for coming to help me out. This was really a upsetting situation. These guys really helped me out. I don't know any of the names of the Officer & the tow truck guys who helped me out but Thank You to all of them. I found out that both of the guys from the tow truck company are both motorcycle riders & they ride Harley Davidson's”

I would recommend them highly they do excellent work and the owner of the company does a lot of the work himself and he is referred by other mechanics in the area because they don't know how to fix certain things and he doesn't know how to fix anything and everything he is an intelligent man that knows what he's doing and I would most definitely use him at A1 towing for any car repair.
