Jessica is amazing! She wasn't satisfied to accept the rule of thumb for pelvic floor issues. She tested and challenged me in order to get at the real source and explained things along the way. I didn't want to work with anybody else because she's so great.

Garrett did an excellent job! He gave me a progression of exercises to do thst really helped my plantar faciatis get better. He explains everything very well and shows a caring attitude. I would see him again and would feel confident that he would address my issues. Thank you, Garrett!

I can’t thank Ellie enough. She worked with me throughout the summer and kept me moving throughout and I finished PT today with my knee pain free.
