Had half a cow butchered (other half went to a relative), asked for as many steaks and roasts possible. Received 20 very small steaks and roasts and about 30-40 two and half pound packages of ground beef, was told that is the steaks and roasts you can get out of half a cow. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!
