It's very courteous willing to listen willing to work with me with pricing not haggling, but if I don't get paid until Friday they're willing to wait until Friday for their money even though they do the work today and they allow me to drive off with the vehicle a lot of the mechanics around here doesn't have that trust I mean I trust them with my vehicle and they trust me with their money you just make sense. They do take all the risk. And I'll always come back.”

The service team kept me up to date with the on going work on my vehicle, parts that needed to be ordered, and estimated completion time. I also received a nice loan vehicle while the service was being performed, free of charge. The above things may seem like standard practice at a GM dealership, but what set them apart, was that they provided the parts and labor for my Malibu free of charge, even though my vehicle's warranty had recently expired.
