Barre District Butler offers a warm and welcoming community-focused fitness environment for all ages, shapes, and abilities to participate in barre and barre hybrid fitness classes. Barre is a fitness routine that blends movements and positions from dance, Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training. Its focus is on optimal alignment and posture to improve balance, coordination, stability, strength, and overall function. We also offer one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
We recently moved from Menomonee Falls to Butler and now share a space with Na Hale Studios. Na Hale offers a variety of cultural enrichment classes and workshops, including Hula, and Tahitian and Polynesian dance.
