“This is the second year I have used this Insight Accounting for my small business taxes. Both years I have been 100% satisfied with their service. Joe went over and above last year during the Pandemic helping find grants for us.This year, I worked with Paula, and she was fantastic! She was very responsive to any inquiries I had and the team pushed through to the end to make sure we were able to file on time.Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive even after tax season. If I have a question mid year, I know I can reach out to one of them and get a quick response.Highly recommend!Elizabeth ClothierETC Insurance Agency, LLC”

“I have been going to Educators credit Union when it was a tiny credit union for Aurora employees. Now that was 30 years ago. I can’t say that with all the internet and app development, that things are not as they were 30 years ago. But I do get explanations about why, this or that is happening online to my account. There’s really only so much that they can remedy for customers. All I know is these employees are very dedicated to their work and their customers. Credit unions belong to the people! Banks belong to millionaires. For example, I went into kwik trip to withdraw MY money out from their ATM, and I dropped my keys and some change , by the time I got up to retrieve the cash waiting for me, it sucked it back into the ATM and I was never able to get my money back again. The bank who owned the ATM told me in no uncertain terms could I retrieve it back from them. Even if they had a surplus at the end of the night. But the worst part was that they actually sucked the money back in, and they didn’t put it back in my account?! No! That would be the decent, moral thing to do. They actually robbed me in broad daylight because they can. I never knew 10 seconds of bending down to retrieve my car keys and some change, would cost me $800! I cried all the way home. I will never give a bank one penny ever! Thank you to credit unions for helping the people who punch in and out every day for decades and help our families, and communities have some dignity.”

“In general credit unions are better than the big three banking conglomerates that control 80% of all North American banking, the ones that tanked our economy in 2008 then rose back to profits by imposing incredible fees and interest charges on the taxpaying customers that bailed them out ....oh my gosh Rohan get a hold of yourself. Okay, in general credit unions and savings and loans are better than the big banks for fees, service, and integrity. Even among credit unions, I find Educators to be better than the others because of the number of branches in the area and the helpful friendly workers. Even among the Educators credit union branches, I find this one to be better because it's roomy, I never have to wait long, parking is easy. As with the other Educators Credit Unions branches there's complimentary coffee. Educators helped me with a bathroom remodel loan, and two car loans. I've had problem free checking and savings accounts for years and they've never crashed my nation's economy.”

“Every time I contact this business they are courteous, competent, and customer service oriented. The staff listens rather than talk making them better equipped to service my needs. The problem is that I then expect my interactions with other businesses to be on par and it is rare.”

“Educators is trying to stop using those bank slips I was told that if I don’t want to yell my person information out to write what I need on a piece of paper or come in. I don’t understand why take these way when some people don’t want to come in the bank all the time. And people don’t want to yell their personal information out. Educators please keep those bank slips!”
