“I've been going to these guys for the past five years. They answer my questions when I call whether it's tax season or not and always do a great job when I come in to actually have my taxes done. Great business!”

“Jared is incredibly thoughtful in his approach with his clients. I recently went through a career transition in which I sought Jared's services to help navigate the complexities around finances as a freelance photographer. Jared gave me honest feedback on the best next steps to take and the advice was perfectly tailored to my short term and long term financial goals. Jared's communication style makes you feel like you are having a casual conversation with an old friend. He untangles every anxiety you have in your mind about your financial situation with ease. His overall demeanor, presentation, knowledge, and skill level make himself and his business unmatched by anyone I've ever worked with in a similar field. I look forward to continue to work with Simplicity Financial in the future!”

“This is the second year I have used this Insight Accounting for my small business taxes. Both years I have been 100% satisfied with their service. Joe went over and above last year during the Pandemic helping find grants for us.This year, I worked with Paula, and she was fantastic! She was very responsive to any inquiries I had and the team pushed through to the end to make sure we were able to file on time.Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive even after tax season. If I have a question mid year, I know I can reach out to one of them and get a quick response.Highly recommend!Elizabeth ClothierETC Insurance Agency, LLC”

“I have been working with Matt for several years. In this time, I have found him to be deeply knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and personable. He is a great asset in my daughter’s care and has made managing my interaction with Capital first a positive experience. I am incredibly happy with Matt and think he is an outstanding individual both professionally and personally.”

“Every time I contact this business they are courteous, competent, and customer service oriented. The staff listens rather than talk making them better equipped to service my needs. The problem is that I then expect my interactions with other businesses to be on par and it is rare.”

“I have never had a bad experience at this branch, or educators in general. Everyone is always so helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. I have banked with Chase and US Bank in the past and they do not compare to educators. I will always recommend ECU.”

“In general credit unions are better than the big three banking conglomerates that control 80% of all North American banking, the ones that tanked our economy in 2008 then rose back to profits by imposing incredible fees and interest charges on the taxpaying customers that bailed them out ....oh my gosh Rohan get a hold of yourself. Okay, in general credit unions and savings and loans are better than the big banks for fees, service, and integrity. Even among credit unions, I find Educators to be better than the others because of the number of branches in the area and the helpful friendly workers. Even among the Educators credit union branches, I find this one to be better because it's roomy, I never have to wait long, parking is easy. As with the other Educators Credit Unions branches there's complimentary coffee. Educators helped me with a bathroom remodel loan, and two car loans. I've had problem free checking and savings accounts for years and they've never crashed my nation's economy.”

“I love my bank, but it's the only bank I know that the lobby isn't open. That makes the wait time in drive through extremely long. You could wait an hour at times. The bank has a lot of good programs though to help people manage their money.”
