“The two guys that were working Sunday 7/31 we're SO helpful and really got us out of a jam. The Manager (I forgot his name, Riz?) Took a lot of time to help solve our problem even came out to the parking lot to look at the issue my husband was having with a coolant leak. Very nice, very professional and when I had to come back for another part, he was just as courteous to me as he was earlier with my husband. Top notch service is rare to find these days and these guys went above and beyond!! Great work and thank you!”

They were very busy like most other service places around but they were able free up a Service Tech to diagnose and get me up and running to get back on the road. They went above and beyond to help and solve the issues with my Cummins engine. The Service Manager and Office Staff were so nice and helpful. The Service Tech, Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to research and solve the issues.”

“TIRES, let's talk tiresI had to replace tires on a 2013 Buick Encore, and a Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado with a Duramax diesel.I "Got the Coopers" for the Buick and Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventure with Kevlar, so they're bullet proof.......I purchased in Oct, which is supposed to be a good time to buy.F&F had the typical factory rebates others had, additionally they had their own rebate, Plus 1 free with 4! That was a huge money saver.Nobody else was close in pricing.I had them mounted a couple months laterThey did a full service on the Buick and did a great job.They covered the seats and steering wheel with plastic, and covered the floor mats with attractive F&F paper matsI prepaid for alignments on both vehicles. When they put the Chevrolet truck on the alignment rack, do to my impeccable driving, it needed no adjustment.So F&F refunded the alignment money .Who does that as they still took the time to check it all in the machine.I have nothing but respect for their operations, and competitive pricing.These purchases were allot of money. I had hope for a Bidenomics discount but alas, none were available.Both vehicles ride better with the new tires, and are more quiet.Nobody has shot at my kevlar tires yet, but I haven't driven thru Madison WI yet...Happy motoring.”

“I called to get an appointment to get my oil changed in my car and and estimate on my tires @ Farm and Fleet in Monroe I had a flat tire going to Church last Sunday and my friend who works at Farm and Fleet in Monroe helped me change my tire and let me know there was a sale on tires. I checked around and Farm and Fleet were cheaper than the other place I looked. The guys did a great job with my new tires and Gary did a great job at getting my keys and paperwork back. The only complaint I have is every time i called the tire desk for an appointment on Tuesday Sept. 7th for Farm and Fleet,was i had a longer wait on the phone than I had to before @ the old store. But over all, they did a great job with taking care of my car care. ??”
