“I made a “new patient” appointment for my dog and it happened to land on the day we had a huge snow storm. Their office decided to close at noon and I was scheduled for 2:45pm. They called to reschedule me and I expressed my desire to get in because I had some concerns about my pooch. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and squeezed me in at 10:30am.The vet tech, Mallory was lovely too. She bundled up to take my dog outside to gather a urine sample, so they could get it tested same day…I thought my pup may have a UTI. She did! And because of Mallory, they were able to start my dog on antibiotics that day. The veterinarian, Dr. Andrea Sobon was referred to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! She spent almost 2 hours with me explaining and answering all my questions. She is beyond amazing at her job!I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a vet and staff that genuinely have your pets best interest at heart.Everyone I came into contact with had amazing customer service.Thanks for a great experience.”

“I was referred to Crawford by the ER vet nearby when I had to bring my cat in for an emergency when he wasn't urinating. They were able to get him in same day for an exam and got him down for a cystotomy the next morning! They took such good care of my baby and I felt comfortable. I was very anxious about the surgery and they answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me in detail with his diagnosis and what to expect. They also offer a Loyalty Program & rewards towards visits, which is extremely helpful as everyone knows vet bills can get pricey. I had no issues with his previous vet office, but I'm so impressed with Crawford that I will be switching and getting his routine care here moving forward!”

“Just wow. This place is amazing. ?I have a one year old Chinese Crested Miniature Dachshund who was having urinary issues. It was just crazy how fast things went downhill.My little guy had been peeing a little bit of blood for a day or two before we went to WVRC. We had an ultra sound done there, and that came back with flecks of crystals, but he was stable, and we took him home while I found a primary vet for him.We had another appointment a few days later with his now primary vet who did a urine test on a friday. By Monday night, he wasn't peeing at all and just couldn't get comfortable. Tuesday morning at 3 a.m., my dog came into my room crying and cuddling into my legs. I felt his abdomen because he kept showing me his belly, and his bladder was SO extremely tight. He was whimpering and miserable. I knew something was extremely wrong.I called WVRC in waukesha, and they said it would be a 2-3 hour wait and to call their sister clinic in grafton. So, I called grafton, who also said 2-3 hours. I opted to wait until 8 am. and call his primary, which turned out to be closed. I called WVRC again, and they gave me some suggestions on emergency vets. I called 2 places and was turned away, unfortunately.I then called Westown and told them what was going on, and they gave me a 9:15 am appointment immediately. We arrived early and they took us to a room.The tech talked with us and let us know what she was doing and why every step of the way. The doctor came in and started to check him over, but when she felt his bladder, he yelped in pain.Everything was like a whirlwind after that. They whisked him away for xrays that showed a big stone blocking his bladder off. They told me my options and gave me an estimate. I signed off on the surgery, and he went in to have it done. I did have to call for updates as I know they're busy, and I appreciate the work they're doing, so that didn't bother me.My dog was very near death, and I was scared out of my mind. I had a panic attack in the exam room, but everyone was very understanding and helpful.They wanted to monitor him as his surgery was very invasive, so I didn't get to take him home until 3 pm. Wednesday afternoon.They sent me home with meds, a blanket, a cone, two adorable jerseys, and lots of the prescription food he'll be on from now on.They worked with me on the bill and were just amazing. I can't say enough good things about this veterinarian office.For those who have posted bad reviews solely based on the prices, shame on you. These people do a very hard job and they're very good at it. If it wasn't for this clinic my dog may have died.Thank you Westown Vet.”

I have never received personal attention before as I do from Hales Corners Vet. The office is always welcoming and goes out of its way to ensure that dogs and cats are kept safe in their lobby. I appreciate this having reactive dogs myself. The facility is always clean and organized. The doctors show great compassion in their work. I can easily tell that they love what they do. “I absolutely adore Dr. McDonald. She is a cat person for sure! I will never take my cats to anything but a cat clinic after some very bad experiences at regular vets. Thanks to Dr. McDonald, my cats don't get overly stressed when they go in. They walk around the room like they own it, and they love looking out the window. Dr. McDonald just has a way with them. I do agree with some of the others that the customer service at the front desk leaves something to be desired. It's not the worst, but does need improvement.”

Prices may be a little higher than other practices, but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I think the extra attention and follow up they give is worth the additional cost versus some of the less expensive chain clinics. Everyone at WAH knows my dogs and remembers their quirks each time which is really nice.”

“5/5 stars for BanfieldI am very shocked to see several bad reviews, several of them I disagree with. There are so many reasons why I love Banfield.I love the Pet WELLNESS plans, as a young pet owner with many kids and unexpected bills, this is an amazing plan to budget for keeping your pet healthy. A low cost monthly amount comes out of my bank account, and with that I can come into the vet anytime with 0 fees! Unless futher treatment is needed, which is then discounted because I am on the plan. My dog ended up having pink eye, came in for no cost- then they prescribed a medication which was 60.00 at the clinic, I found it for 13.00 on chewy. When I asked if I could get it off of Chewy, they were glad to help get the prescription sent over to chewy. They were all about helping me and my pet out.I saw a prior review about them taking someones dog to the back for a exam. This also happened to me. My dog was acting very weird once exam time started. They asked to take her to the back. I agreed, as I saw her acting protective over me. Biggest part of this is they "asked" me if that was okay. If I said no, they would have just done the exam in front of me.Overall staff is very helpful and friendly every time I have come in to the vet. 10/10 would recommend.”
