“Al was very kind and understanding. I came for a visit to see my mother and needed a licensed michanic to look at my vehical and just tell me what was wrong with it so that the problem would be fixed under warranty. Long story short he got me into the shop in less then two days. He spent a couple hours trying to figure it out. Once the problem was found he wrote me up a slip and told me to have the dealership call if there was any issues with his diagnoses or if they had questions on what he all wrote anything at all. He even gave me a more then fair price for all the time he actually spent on it, even though he knew he wouldn't actually be fixing it personally. That is great customer service if you ask me. Making sure to do your best to find the issue no matter what. Thanks Al's Radiators & Auto Repair. I will recommend everyone from here on out. My family has been going here for years. And now I know why.”

“I highly recommend this dealership. The service we have had is top notch. My daughter purchased a Buick from Klein in March 2019 and an engine code popped up at 44,000 miles. Klein told her it was out of warranty and they would not cover it. A vehicle out of warranty at 44,000 miles? My husband contacted Plach and they covered the repair under their warranty even though the vehicle was not purchased from them. Plach did a the same thing with my husband's Silverado a few years ago when it needed engine repair. They saved us over $3000.”

“I recently bought an Escalade from Euhardy's (cash in hand). Vehicle was clean and obviously cared for. Rebecca was honest about the vehicle and it was priced very fairly. On the way home from my purchase I began to notice multiple things didn't work, and there was a very noticeable noise when turning left. While doing a closer inspection (original purchase was on a day when temps were single digit and not able to do a more thorough once over), I discovered leaking coolant. I made Rob and Rebecca aware of this and they had me bring the vehicle back with a list. I was quite concerned about the outcome of these issues as the vehicle was sold as is, and I live in Florida. I only purchased it for use when I visit family in the area. Not only did they take care of every issue but it was done quickly and they even offered to have the vehicle delivered to a relative's home for me. I am very happy with how they handled this. I've owned more than 70 vehicles in my lifetime and I've never had such a good experience when problems came about. I would definitely buy from Rob and Rebecca again. Thanks for taking care of me!”
