“I've been coming to Main Tire for over 10 years. When it comes to getting my car fixed, it's about trust. I've been to several other places in the area and all they do is shove random estimates in your face when you never asked for an estimate on things they think are broken. Jerry and Bill are ALWAYS friendly. They never make me feel bad for asking dumb questions. My car is always fixed right and that's what I care about most when it comes to trust. I tell everyone I know to come here because they are GOOD. So even though it might be a few dollars more here and there to have some things fixed, I'm glad I can ALWAYS depend on Main Tire. I live all the way in Oshkosh, but it's worth the drive to Omro.”

“My sister and I were driving through Omro today, 9/30/2023. Her check engine light came on. We stopped in this shop. We didn't catch the name of the worker but he was extremely helpful. He ran the diagnostic test on her vehicle, researched the results and gave advice on what to do. He was able to reset the code so that we could make it back home. When asked how much, he wasn't going to charge us anything!!! He was given something for his time and trouble to help us. He was grateful for it. He was very busy and could have turned us away or charged us, but he chose not to. Great business ethics in my opinion. I just had to share our very positive experience with this shop. I will try to give them business in the future.”
