The director of operations approved a return on a product that was not in good condition when we received it. We paid for shipping to return the product but never received the refund. I contacted via email and contacted several times via phone and never received a reply. This is not an honest company.

Ordered a product from them they quickly took my money but I have have not even received a conformation email from them. Have placed four calls and they have not had the decency to return my call. Just want my money back now. Will never use there services again.
