This Ricardo FAILED to properly repair my friends phone.They refused to correct their mistake and have kept the 198.45 for an incomplete repair.DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!

I was told I needed a new phone by Verizon, told i couldnt be helped by geek squad because its a samsung, went here, and they fixed it in 5 seconds. I will be coming here in the future for all my technological repair needs. 10 out of 10
