we have forgotten to take the carts out the night before our pick up, they are usually on time which gives us time to get them out the morning of pickup. Never have I seen paper flying or garbage on the ground after they dump the carts.

Very satisfied with WM pick up is on time and the employees picking up garbage are very nice.

Never had an issue with garbage pickup. Just follow the super simple rules and garbage will be a piece of cake.
