Skaalen has it all! Their continuum of care provides everything from Independent Living units (in both Stoughton and McFarland,) a newer RCAC, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehab, and even Skilled Care.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST NURSING HOME!!!!Do not put your family in here. YOU HAVE TO BEG FOR THE BARE MINIMUM!!They’re so short staff it is absolutely insane, MANAGEMENT DOESN’T STEP IN, they let the CNA’s work short staffed. (Which is not allowed) Please do yourself and family members a favor and choose a different facility.

Great place to work! I love how the staff care for the residents like their own family members. I have had 3 of my own family members here. Everyone has done a wonderful job during Covid and moving forward. Kudos to the staff for being exceptional!
