This fine young man came all the way to Green Bay to fix my disabled vehicle, so I wouldn't have to have it towed to a rip off shop. He was on time, was in steady communication with me, walked me through every step, and even used his own vehicle to go to the auto parts store twice because of unforeseen problems with the vehicle. He was polite and extremely professional . Not to save for the fact his prices were absolutely EXCELLENT! I'm 54 years old and I have found my permanent mechanic! THANKS SO MUCH ALEX!!
