“Went in to look at the different products they had to offer. After doing much research, I felt pretty confident on what I was looking for, and when I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member name Mickey. He explained everything on how the products work and helped make my decision on the tonneau cover I was looking for an easy one. He also got it installed for me in about 15 minutes so I wouldn't have to come back in. I said I'd gladly set up an appointment but he insisted that he'd get it done right away since we were expecting snow this weekend. Thanks Mickey, and Brown's! “So.... I'm not quite sure I believe any other reviews I've been reading. This fine young man came all the way to Green Bay to fix my disabled vehicle, so I wouldn't have to have it towed to a rip off shop. He was on time, was in steady communication with me, walked me through every step, and even used his own vehicle to go to the auto parts store twice because of unforeseen problems with the vehicle. He was polite and extremely professional . Not to save for the fact his prices were absolutely EXCELLENT! I'm 54 years old and I have found my permanent mechanic! THANKS SO MUCH ALEX!! See you in a few weeks for the brakes! TOP SHELF WORK!!”
