“Bittersweet experience bringing my cat here. Sadly she had to be put down, but the staff were absolutely wonderful and thoughtful. I would highly recommend coming here, it was worth the drive for me.”
“I took my doodle(who has gone here since puppy) in for a bad paw due to him chewing it, due to allergies or sensitivities. He was examined and I was told he has an infected paw. Antibiotics and medicated wipes were prescribed. I get the bill and the antibiotic was $92. I'm disappointed that BVV didn't let me know ahead of time the high cost. The wipes I could have gotten retail for less than half the $30 they cost me. As for the wipes, they should give the client the choice to get them on their own. The total bill was $200. Seems high to me.”

She is patient, kind, quick, and informative, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the visit safe and anxiety-free for my dog--and for me! “Been coming here for years. We have had cats for many years, mostly female. Our last cat passed away several years ago, and the staff were incredibly kind when we had to make difficult end of life decisions. Any decision like that is hard, and they always showed respect, compassion, and genuine care.
We recently adopted a new cat, Stu. He was a stray, about a year old. Someone found him and thought he would be a good fit for us, and they were absolutely right.
Stu needed a full checkup and to be neutered. This was our first male cat, so some of this was new to us. The staff did a great job walking us through the process and explaining our options. We felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.
We were very happy with the outcome, and Stu is recovering nicely at home.”

“We found Dr Anji seeking a second opinion for our Westie with severe allergies and skin issues. She itched incessantly, was losing hair, and had near constant skin infections. Dr Anji helped us get allergy testing, start home immunotherapy injections, find a combination of medications to treat her itch and inflammation and a skin care routine to prevent infections and recurrent antibiotics. She is a thoughtful, decisive, and patient care centered veterinarian. Her staff are friendly, helpful, and great with communication via phone or email. “Dr Miller and her staff are the kindest, most compassionate vet and techs I've ever had. They made the experience of palliative care for my dog, Angel one of reassurance and strong team support. I only wish I had discovered Dr. Miller and team when I adopted my older girl. Dr. Miller is a holistic vet, specializing in nutrition, which is why I sought her expertise.
Yesterday, my girl earned her wings, and I'm grateful for Dr. Miller and Michelle's guidance, understanding, and thorough explanation of the process, and for allowing me to spend as long as I wanted with my baby. It's never an easy experience but I know my girl was in good hands. I felt supported and was even offered hugs, which I gladly accepted.
