They were so gentle with my puppy and everyone was very willing to answer my many questions that I had. Dr Taylor has such a good manner about her and did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions. I can't believe that they spent almost an hour with me. At the other clinics I just kind of got shoved through and nothing was ever explained to me about what was going on with my other dogs. I will definitely recommend this Clinic highly to anyone that lives in the area. The entire staff at the entire Clinic was wonderful.”

“Great experience from the beginning. Alyssa was able to get my dog, Echo, in for an appointment the very next morning after I called, even though I was a new patient. We saw Dr. Vogel who was so very kind, calming and informative. She was great with Echo, who loved her. Dr. Vogel laid out all the possible treatment options and offered to get me estimates for all the options. She even offered testing that Echo has never had done...in 8 years of struggling with the same problem. FIVE vet clinics I've taken my dog to, and this was the first one that suggested a test that made so much sense. Echo has further testing scheduled, but we already have started to get answers. They've been so patient with all my calls to the office regarding her ups and downs, and Dr. Vogel was so kind when I broke down in tears at one point. Kaitlyn was amazing in helping get us the RXs we needed and Alyssa showed me how to administer my dogs new shots. Overall, a fantastic experience and I'm glad I went. Hope to stick with them years to come!”
