“I had an appointment the other day which my fiance sent my truck in for a tire change. Front desk service is stellar, and my interactions over the phone were a positive experience compared to other shops I've called. The truck was in and out within 20 or so minutes and although the prices are a bit higher than I've seen at shops in the past it looks like the money was well invested back into the business, in a way that shows care for the customer. There is a play area for kids and other amenities for those who are in the waiting area. I'll continue supporting this local business as soon I need some new tires on one of our other vehicles.”

“Haven’t taken my vehicle to a different shop in the last year and don’t plan on changing that. Always trying to get me in as soon as possible. Quick turnaround No grey area. Tells you what it is and what it will cost. No slick talk trying to squeeze more money out of you. Verbatim says “I just want the vehicle to be safe” in conversation after thanking him for his help. Cares about his customers and his work. Highly recommend!!!”

“At 11 AM, as the 1st time, walk in customer, I was greeted with a very friendly, helpful staff. I explained my situation with a leaking tire and was told they were totally booked with no availability, Until later in the afternoon. Then I was told hang on a sec and they found a tech, to take care of me immediately. Well I was waiting, I noticed how Caring and professional the entire staff was with numerous clients, Which they were on a first name basis, with as they walk through the door. I found it very refreshing to find a business, Which did not just treat you like the next job or a number. The cost was slightly higher than I expected however, totally worth it, As It is far better than sitting on the roadside in c***** weather with a flat tire! Thank you all again so much for helping me in my time of need!Service: Tires”

“Hayes Family Auto has been around for years with almost ALL happy valued customers. I'm sad to see this review. My experience with their service is exceptional! I actually had service done for free and am very happy. My situation may have been different circumstances but their honest, friendly helpful staff never deserve a one star complaint! They can't help what they didn't fix. I'll always recommend Hayes to anyone I know looking to buy a car or just have quality service done.
