He spent time with me to problem solve and thoroughly help me. I asked him how he knew so much about pens and refill cartridges for them and he told me he was a writer. “I use the Office Depot print shop once a week, and they have color print machines at a very good price. The self-serve machines are easy to operate, and if you need help, one of the print clerks is happy to show you what to do. From time to time Office Depot has clearance sales office hardware like printers and computer monitors can be as low as half price. Love this place.”
