“I called in an order on my way to work on 2/17. When I got there to pick up order, the manager found out that they never started my order because they were out of product. He went above and beyond to make it right. They bought my supper and coffee and told me to have a great night! I tried to pay in another line and he had told his staff, not to let me pay. This was my 2nd shift, going on 16 hours of the day and this truly made my day with how kind they were. Great customer service! Thank you!”

People don't let you slow down to make a turn or allow you to exit.One cashier is very concerned about providing fresh products, she thought the bacon I was trying to buy was poor quality, she replaced it.”

“It's one of the gas stations that you can use your Walmart+. Use the Walmart app to connect to the pump and pay through the app using your Walmart wallet. The payment is taken straight from your bank account. The QR code sticker is very small. You don't have to dig for your wallet. I get 10 cents off using Walmart+.”

“Usually I love Kwik Trips. This one had relatively friendly staff. Clean store and large parking lot. The chicken sandwich I got was pretty dry unfortunately. I still love Kwik Trips nonetheless!”

“Clean fast like every other qwik trip lots of space in and out. Order ahead or have it delivered from here. Their pizza is great and they will make any cheese mountain pizza for you while you wait which only takes 10 mins tops. Huge selection of drinks this one has a nice sitting area inside to enjoy your food or just take a min to relax. Bathrooms always very clean staff super friendly as well. Car wash is never backed up located where the old fleet farm was located. Just off the freeway for easy access. Dual entry and exit points. Plenty of parking as well as handicap parking.”

“Unexpectedly great service/ follow up from management.I had stopped here to use my fuel points, and fill up my truck with diesel. (.60 cents off per gallon) The pump i used was broken/ would not continue pumping regardless of how i held the trigger.I had only pumped 2 bucks worth of fuel due to the broken pump handle...but hanging up the pump results in a loss of fuel points. (They're good for one transaction).I had brought up the issue with the staff and he took my name and number. He also closed the pump.To my surprise the manager had the employee contact me stating they would issue me a refund for the lost points. (Refund was $13.55)I appreciate the follow up from the management team and the employee for following through.”

“I don't usually write reviews because no place is perfect. I came across a review on here from a customer I see come in often, as do I. The review was written about a lady who has bats on her car. the day that this occurred the customer was so rude and inappropriate towards all staff that day, but this one stuck out in particular because no staff should be treated that way! The lady handled herself in such a professional manner, and the world needs more people like her today. I have never had a bad experience in this store, but I can say that I see her there everyday, as I work nearby and I always see her flying around the store with the other staff that is there. I can see they are short-staffed, and it breaks my heart to see the lack of patience from the customers that come in. This is not the first occurrence I have seen this man, and I do not know his name, come in and yell at this poor lady for things she cannot control. I would love to elaborate further for a corporate member if needed, but this store is my favorite one in the area and I will continue to come back because of how well the staff treats me! I have found out that Natasha is the ladies name, and every experience with her is so friendly and kind! The way she interacts with customers even when they are yelling in her face she keeps her professionalism, and goes above and beyond to rectify whatever the presented problem is!! My coworkers all love seeing her, and we all enjoy our visits!”

“This is one of my go-to Walgreens locations. It's a bit out of my way as are my other two favorite stores but all three are worth the drive. This is a larger store and it's a jumpin' joint, it's always busy. (It's also a 24 hour store but I have no idea if it's busy at 4 AM, I never tried going there at that time.) There are lots of selections available for brand names, private label, and generics for OTC and even for 'scripts. There are also large selections of general merchandise, greeting cards, gift cards, and enough candy choices to keep every dentist in Washington County busy for years. There's something new here that I've never seen before. The cooler doors are not glass, they are large format LED screens that rotate displays, from advertising to contents of the cooler to showing what products are on the racks when you open the door. The products are animated and some dance to try to attract your attention. Yikes, what's next? On my last visit, I went to the pharmacy for an injection and to find an equivalent OTC product to one I bought in Alabama a year ago. The pharmacist dropped what he was doing and went out to the shelves to bring back the equivalent Walgreens product. Kudos to him because I am not a chemist and I can't make head nor tail of the ingredient lists on those boxes. My injection was prepared quickly although I had to wait for the RN because they were very busy with Covid19 vaccinations. (Mine wasn't Covid19, that's already been taken care of.) If you live in central Washington County, you can count on this Walgreens to take care of you - 24 hours a day.”
