“Tech was on time, very polite. He answered all my questions worked with the insurance representative while on speaker phone. Once he had the authorization to continue working he did so. Was honest about problem with dryer (also explained and showed me the worn out parts) was honest about washer problem and recommended that he not replace parts and then need to contend with the transmission which is no longer available. Liked the service and price. Will definitely call them for future work as needed,”

I missed the names of the first 2 that came and figured out what we needed for the second, but they were great too. Then Keith and Storm came in and did a quick and fantastic job. “Yesterday, The saleswoman was extremely helpful and helped us (my wife, her Service Dog, & myself) find a gorgeous Mocha & Espresso two-toned cloth & leather Love Seat Recliner & Sofa Recliner set with matching end tables & coffee table. We where also granted a 5x8 floor rug. Originally we where going to get the entire set. Today we decided to purchase only the furniture and opted for a different rug that the store had. We are truly happy with our purchase and the finance payments. The leasing process was a piece of cake, the GM even lowered our initial payment by half. She had her Delivery Guys deliver all 3 items. Now this was no easy task. The furniture has a combined weight of 1500 pounds. Both of the guys had to hoist both pieces of furniture over their heads to make it over my fence. Unfortunately that was the only way to get furniture off truck and into my apartment door. They set everything up just right GUYS....JOB WELL DONE!!! What my disappointing is...We where promised delivery around 3 PM. At 5:45 I called & the GM said it would come before 7. Okay fine. 7:15 comes still has not come. Called GM again, she says "Oh they are running late, We will call when we arrive. No phone call was made. The furniture arived around 7:45-8:00 PM. Please call if your running late next time. My other disappointing is on left side of sofa, the leather arm has about 8 staples in it that have come out of the side where the factory binds the leather and upholstery together. In my contract, Aaron's says they will repair this at their expense. Giving 4 out of 5 Stars simply based on late delivery time.”

“My washer broke down and had to use the warranty. Unfortunately the warranty didnt have any one in town to fix it. so they did an exchange on it. They made they made the whole process really easy.”

“We were broke down in town needed supplies and John, in the wire section, assisted us well with our needs, and more, and was a friendly man. He too is a christian and we had a few things we were able to discuss and get information from him, regarding that, in town.”

“Home depot verses menards? Home depot all the way. Even if i lose my husband in there, it only takes me a few minutes to find him. Menards??? 30 minutes and several phone calls playing marco polo to find him. Home depot wins hands down!”
