“I walked in, was immediately greeted. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he took me straight to their selection. He answered my questions thoroughly but wasn’t too chatty. Once I made my decision I said I hadn’t brought my wallet because I didn’t actually expect to find exactly what I was looking for. I did, however, have my phone. Within 20 minutes of walking in the door I had made my selection and paid for it. By 10:30 the next morning my purchase was delivered and set up in my home. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a very long time!”

“Huge Rave for Erica and Zion! We bought a bed and an adjustable base. The bed ended up being too soft and they were happy to get me all the information I needed and walked me through the beds again. I had to go online to 'trade' the bed in, but that is a Sleepnumber company policy, not the store's policy. Both Erica and Zion, were always willing to answer any questions I had with a smile on their face - even though the new bed was a lower price than the original bed. And yes, I got the difference in the bed price refunded in a very timely manner. As far as the base goes, during my research for a bed, I had learned industry standard is that adjustable bases were not refundable, and I was told during the purchase as well. I love my footwarmer, and the customizable settings on the base - especially the timer feature that allows me to fall asleep in zero G and then move me to my 'favorite' sleep setting. I have all the confidence in them!”
