“Great customer service from Ariel; she’s professional, friendly, and just a lovely person. My prescription was on back order at Walgreens and I was completely out. I called all the pharmacies in Laramie—which is the closest city to me—and none had it due to a national shortage. I called around Cheyenne and Ariel at Sam’s said they had another generic that could be substituted and could be ready in 30 minutes. She transferred my prescription from Walgreens and I was able to pick up it up same day. Big thanks to Ariel and the staff at Sam’s pharmacy!”
“Timely filling of 5 prescriptions, including having to order in 2 of the medicines needed. More expensive than mail orders but the personal touch and no pushing to refill too soon may make it worth it. Will see.”

“Sam's Club in Cheyenne is a great place! I always get on my Walmart app & compare prices & Sam's always beats the price! That's a real problem lol, I spend way too much! Every time we ask for help they're more than helpful! Only thing I could think of they could do to improve the app is to be able to find an item in the store you're shopping in like Walmart does, that's soooooooo convenient!”

Both sites handled it very well nobody likes to be humiliated over the phone regarding their prescription especially if they're disabled.

“I am glad this program exists. I tried to donate in my state, but there's no possibility to do so. I just could not toss 4 perfectly good inhalers. I looked online to see what options were available and found this program. Be aware that you can't legally ship via the USPS, so I used FedEx . Please consider donating your unused medication to this very worthy cause.”
“I asked for a consult with one of the pharmacists to find the correct medication for my toddler’s stomach issues. A very nice young pharmacist whose name I didn’t catch gladly took my consult, listened to my concerns, and found me the appropriate product and dosage to help my toddler who is too small for most children’s medications. I’m very appreciative of how kind and attentive he was. I can’t get into the pediatrician until after the weekend and this pharmacist absolutely saved the day.”

“On New Years Day at 5 days postpartum, I needed an urgent prescription and Walmart was the only pharmacy open, but it was 5:45, a they closed at 6. We called them, and they said if the provider could call in the prescription in the next 15 minutes and they had it in stock, they would fill it + wait for us to get there. We were able to get in just before 6 pm to pick it up, and are forever grateful that the staff was so kind and understanding on a busy holiday. Huge rave!”
“I love this walmart! There is another Walmart that is close by that does carry some different items than this walmart (vice versa) but this location gives a much more pleasurable shopping experience. For example, this walmart has a dollar spot! I really like that this walmart has such a large self checkout area. They did start adding in some cashier registers recently but it was exclusively self checkouts, not sure if that is permanent or not. I usually find really good deals here. There are always TONS of clearance areas. Every section of the store is clearly and might I add, boldly labeled by signs so it isn't hard to find the section of the store you're looking for. This location can get messy at times but what retail location doesn't. Most of the time shelves are well stocked. I've yet to experience the store as busy as other Walmart's that I have been to which is amazing. All in all it may be away from town but it is definitely worth going to if you hate crowds.”

“I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jim is one of the Pharmacist there. He was previously at CVS. We were so upset when we went to CVS and they said that he didn't work there anymore. And then we found out that he was at Safeway, we transferred all of the prescriptions from CVS to Safeway. He's someone who will answer any questions you might have and if he's not sure he gets on the phone and gets you the answers. He brings back our Faith in Humanity. Best Pharmacist ever”

Thank you for apologizing for your colleagues Behavior towards me over the phone when I addressed the same question and asked for a pharmacist over the phone.
They seem to Delight in my frustration & only aggravated it.
Nobody likes to be laughed at or humiliated over the phone especially when they're trying to get the prescription and they are disabled or handicapped.
If those women wanting to hurt me they did.
That's why I had to come up to the pharmacy myself in person.
I can't let years of Trauma from kids picking on me because I'm disabled affect my health today so thank you.
Both pharmacies were so wonderful in handling this very hard & awkward situation that didn't even have to take place so thank you for picking up the pieces.
