“On New Years Day at 5 days postpartum, I needed an urgent prescription and Walmart was the only pharmacy open, but it was 5:45, a they closed at 6. We called them, and they said if the provider could call in the prescription in the next 15 minutes and they had it in stock, they would fill it + wait for us to get there. We were able to get in just before 6 pm to pick it up, and are forever grateful that the staff was so kind and understanding on a busy holiday. Huge rave!”

“We always stop onto the local Wal-Mart when we are traveling. Best place to get our basic needs and find some interesting things along the way! We found some Wyoming Cowboy shirts on sale for $3.00 at this location. Who doesn't love a bargain?!? Also, the store was nice and clean and the staff that we did speak to was very helpful!”
“Waited what felt like forever in a line where someone tried several cars that didn't work. 3 employees watching and then a male employee finally opened another register to help me out. Not certain why it took so long but I was grateful to get it done and out of there. One employee helped me put 2 - 40packs of water on the bottom of my cart! Very helpful!”

Both sites handled it very well nobody likes to be humiliated over the phone regarding their prescription especially if they're disabled.

“Sam's Club in Cheyenne is a great place! I always get on my Walmart app & compare prices & Sam's always beats the price! That's a real problem lol, I spend way too much! Every time we ask for help they're more than helpful! Only thing I could think of they could do to improve the app is to be able to find an item in the store you're shopping in like Walmart does, that's soooooooo convenient!”

“I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jim is one of the Pharmacist there. He was previously at CVS. We were so upset when we went to CVS and they said that he didn't work there anymore. And then we found out that he was at Safeway, we transferred all of the prescriptions from CVS to Safeway. He's someone who will answer any questions you might have and if he's not sure he gets on the phone and gets you the answers. He brings back our Faith in Humanity. Best Pharmacist ever”
“I asked for a consult with one of the pharmacists to find the correct medication for my toddler’s stomach issues. A very nice young pharmacist whose name I didn’t catch gladly took my consult, listened to my concerns, and found me the appropriate product and dosage to help my toddler who is too small for most children’s medications. I’m very appreciative of how kind and attentive he was. I can’t get into the pediatrician until after the weekend and this pharmacist absolutely saved the day.”

Thank you for apologizing for your colleagues Behavior towards me over the phone when I addressed the same question and asked for a pharmacist over the phone.
They seem to Delight in my frustration & only aggravated it.
Nobody likes to be laughed at or humiliated over the phone especially when they're trying to get the prescription and they are disabled or handicapped.
If those women wanting to hurt me they did.
That's why I had to come up to the pharmacy myself in person.
I can't let years of Trauma from kids picking on me because I'm disabled affect my health today so thank you.
Both pharmacies were so wonderful in handling this very hard & awkward situation that didn't even have to take place so thank you for picking up the pieces.

“Is not usually busy on the 'store' side. Unless busy only 1 cashier and they are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is very busy and usually has a wait time unless you verify on phone if your prescription is ready. Still make take some time due to a large amount of people that use the pharmacy.”

“Always have a good experience with City Drug. Not liking where they moved to downtown Lincolnway. It's too busy of a street if your lucky to get a parking spot. I will still use them i just have someone drop me off and drive around for a bit”
